I did remove classes like CorsConstants.java when I applied the patch.

I meant to write "Configurability via service properties". This should allow 
one to use the configuration console to configure CORS (e.g. to make it more 
restrictive without disabling CORS altogether).

The integration tests test a functionality in the final launcher, see the 
module "integration-tests"
