Noticed that their is no DataFileProvider that can be configured for an
external directory.
While the MainDataFileProvider uses a single directory (that can be configured)
in some situations one might to want take data files from multiple locations on
the local disc.
This this issue will provide a Simple DataFileProvider that allows to configure
multiple instances for different directories.
