The test need to be adapted so that they are only executed when a valid service
URI is provided. The parameter already exists. The only thing to do is to add a
NULL value as default and add an Asume that deactivates the tests when the
service URL is NULL (meaning that no service url was provided by parsing a
{{-D}} parameter when calling the tests.
