With the update to Clerezza 1.* the (deprecated) content type {{text/rdf+nt}}
is no longer supported by the Clerezza serializer and parser. Clerezza only
allows the usage of the new {{application/n-triples}} content type.
To ensure backward compatibility we should add a simple {{SerializingProvider}}
and {{ParsingProvider}} that supports {{text/rdf+nt}} and forwards calls to the
providers registered for {{application/n-triples}}
