Have hit this error repeatedly building streams-provider-rss with unit testing
enabled.
java.lang.AssertionError: Both feeds should have been re-queued expected:<5>
but was:<4>
It appears that this test has some assumptions about runtimes, pretty clearly
not deterministic.
Fix may just be to @Ignore or delete this test class
