Cool, thanks. I agree that it should typically be resolved at runtime from
www.w3.org for typical applications.
We may still find it useful to maintain a copy in the source tree for testing
and versioning purposes.
How often would the community expect that document to change going forward?
And is there any support over on the w3c side for versioning when it does need
to change?
