Remove outdated scripts from contrib
* contrib/server-side/backup-recipe.sh:
Usable only for BDB repositories. You should REALLY update to FSFS instead.
* contrib/server-side/svnmirror-test.sh,
contrib/server-side/svnmirror.sh:
Can be replaced with svnsync which also supports http/https based sync.
