Log:
In site/staging: prepare the website update for a release of 1.15.0, with
an exception of the new API documentation (publish/docs/api/), which I will
update separately.
* doap.rdf: Add 1.15.0. Adjust the name for 1.14 release line to no longer
say "LTS" to avoid folks from misinterpreting the difference between 1.15
and 1.14.
* docs/release-notes/index.html
(release-notes-future-list): Move 1.15 from this list to...
(release-notes-list): ...this list. Describe new features.
(supported-versions): Rework the table and make it list "Type of support".
(upcoming-1.14): Drop this section, as it might need a revamp to support
multiple release lines. We can restore it later together with generating
upcoming_1.15.
* docs/release-notes/release-history.html: Add Subversion 1.15.0.
* download.html
(): Restore the supported-releases note.
(recommended-release): List Subversion 1.15.0.
(supported-releases): List Subversion 1.14.5.
(pre-releases): Comment this block out.
