fix(build): drop stray newline from the plugins:build babel lerna scope

The babel `lerna exec` template literal in scripts/build.js broke the line
right after `--scope ${scope}`, and run() splits only on spaces, so lerna
received the scope with a trailing newline. lerna 10.1.1 (#45715) matches
with minimatch 10, which no longer tolerates that newline, so plugins:build
fails with "EFILTER No packages remain after filtering". Continue the
template literal with a backslash, as the tsc call below already does.
