If an exception occurs in a method that is called by Tapesty.init, the
exception is not reported as the Messages object for the German locale does not
contain an entry for invocationException. Instead, you'll get a "TypeError:
message is undefined" in tapestry.js:295 This relates to TAP5-1157.
