Ben Weidig commented on TAP5-2815:
----------------------------------

Long story short, the website content is stored as a Space on the Apache
Confluence CWIKI [0], which is then exported and converted to HTML, and
ultimately ends up in SVN.

There’s some documentation about the current setup [1]

However, Apache no longer supports this.
It's officially EOL, and I believe we're one of the few remaining projects
using it.

There has been a breakage in the past [2], which is why we’re in the process of
moving away from Confluence to a version/based documentation system [3].

We plan to create official repositories for the documentation as soon as we
have moved over most of the current content and have the foundation down, so
it’s easier to participate via PRs/patches.
