The previous approach added two such breadcrumbs per inlined notice (a section divider plus a jar enumeration), inflating the file without adding legal weight — section dividers like '---\nApache Iceberg\n---' already identify the upstream project, and the verbatim upstream NOTICE itself opens with the project name. Stripped all 28 such breadcrumbs (14 jar-enumeration blocks listing multiple contributing jars + 14 single-jar 'From <jar>:META-INF/NOTICE:' headers). NOTICE-binary: 2139 -> 2037 lines.
