Head commit for run: a6877c75f69be92d14abed8247e5fc24c5ac2be6 / Jiadong Bai <[email protected]> chore(licensing): include amber/operator-requirements.txt in Python direct deps Operator-only deps (e.g. torch, scikit-learn, transformers) live in amber/operator-requirements.txt. Without this file in the primary list they were being mis-classified as transitive, so a torch version bump would no longer block PRs even though it is a direct dep of the operator runtime. Also skip pip-flag lines (`-r`, `--extra-index-url`, ...) so the parser does not try to canonicalize them as package names.
