The filename is built as "<Workflow Name> - <Report Title>.md", or "<Workflow Name> - workflow-doc-<ISO timestamp>.md" when the entry has no custom title; filesystem-illegal characters are sanitized to underscores and the total length is capped at 160. The copied/check toggle state is gone since downloads do not need that confirmation pulse.
