The upstream PR folded the test-runner plugins together, so this carries the same three bumps: - pytest 7.4.0 -> 9.0.3 - pytest-timeout 2.2.0 -> 2.4.0 - pytest-cov 5.0.0 -> 7.1.0 On release/v1.2 pytest and pytest-timeout live in requirements.txt (the dev-requirements.txt move is main-only), so they're bumped there plus the matching LICENSE-binary-python entries; pytest-cov is a dev-requirements dep installed after the LICENSE snapshot, so no LICENSE-binary tracking. pytest-timeout 2.4.0 and pytest-cov 7.1.0 both support pytest>=7; on py3.12/3.13 pytest 9 pulls no new transitive packages.
