The GitHub Actions job "Required Checks" on

test(workflow-operator): name flags and files that exist

The pool's scaladoc offered `--serve` as a launch-arg example, which no worker
script in the tree accepts. The fixture's real flags are `--deaf`,
`--hang-before-ready` and `--babble`, so a reader went looking for an option
that is not there.

The module's build.sbt named operator-requirements.txt as what amber-integration
installs, but the tagged test also needs pandas, which comes from
requirements.txt. The job installs both, so naming one left the other looking
trimmable from that job.
