Rather than record un-grantable terms, this replaces it with an original drawing of the same visual role (blue rounded speech bubble with an ellipsis, drawn with PIL for this PR), renamed `comment-bubble.png`. The only reference (`joint-ui.service.ts`) is updated; `git grep icons8` is now empty. This addresses the Icons8 part of #8800 only; the vendor-logo and asset-provenance parts stay open there. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions? Addresses the Icons8 item in #8800. ### How was this PR tested? Asset swap plus one path-constant change; no behavior change.
