Head commit for run: 08b212f2cdb17fe5a4f422b181869b6a87e881c5 / Xinyuan Lin <[email protected]> fix(workflow-core): resolve Windows drive paths as local files `isFileResolved` took any non-empty `java.net.URI` scheme as proof that a path was already a URI, and `new URI("C:/x")` reads the drive letter as scheme `C`. `resolve` then returned the path unchanged and `DocumentFactory` failed with "Unsupported URI scheme: C". Treat a one-letter scheme as a drive letter so the path reaches the local resolver.
