Head commit for run: 77ab2e0e30f88bc473a35f14adafece102537f48 / Xinyuan Lin <[email protected]> feat: let Loop Start's Output set the iteration's control variables Output is now a Python cell, as in a notebook: every name it assigns becomes a control variable of the iteration (the later value wins over Initialization and the back edge), and the value of a trailing bare expression is the data sent to the body; with no trailing expression the body gets no data. A single expression such as `table.iloc[[i]]` works as before. The files example becomes Initialization `i = 0`, Output `file = D.line[i]`, Update `i += 1`, Condition `i < len(D)`. Loop Start emits its variables before it drains its data, so the generated code now hands Output to the worker in open(), and the cell runs once, right after Initialization and the back-edge values, when the state is produced. Helpers a cell defines (imports, functions, classes) stay out of the variables of all three cells, and numpy scalars read from D serialize. The panel offers the names Output assigns, and the four loop fields are multi-line text areas.
