This adds the Jupyter logo to the BSD 3-Clause section and extends the existing Material Symbols entry. `jupyter-logo.svg` is byte-identical to `logos/Logo Mark/logomark-notext-blackbody-blackmoons/logomark-notext-blackbody-blackmoons.svg` in jupyter/design. This is the v1.3 version of #8997 rather than a backport: `main` no longer ships `jupyter-logo.svg` and has two more diagrams. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?
