Head commit for run: 94914a04eafa86f0419ee5c5b5771d52ae5bbd1c / Matthew B. <[email protected]> fix(amber): guard AmberRuntime scheduling against null actor system (#9153) ### What changes were proposed in this PR? - `AmberRuntime.scheduleCallThroughActorSystem` and `scheduleRecurringCallThroughActorSystem` now return `Cancellable.alreadyCancelled` and log a warning when `_actorSystem` is null, instead of dereferencing a null scheduler and throwing a `NullPointerException`. - Added `AmberRuntimeScheduleSpec`, pinning both helpers to return an already-cancelled handle when the runtime is not started. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions? Closes: #9152 ### How was this PR tested? - Run `sbt "WorkflowExecutionService/testOnly org.apache.texera.amber.engine.common.AmberRuntimeScheduleSpec"`, expect 2 passing tests (both helpers return an already-cancelled handle, no NullPointerException). - Local run used JDK 21 to avoid an unrelated JaCoCo/JDK-25 instrumentation issue on the dev machine; CI exercises the same spec under JDK 17. ### Was this PR authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
