The discard() semantics section noted only that the step was formerly named
none() prior to 3.8.0. That name has since been reassigned to an unrelated list
filter step that requires a predicate argument, so a bare none() no longer
discards traversers. Move the historical note into the Considerations prose,
explain the reassignment, and cross-reference the current none() step so
providers are not misled into expecting the old behavior.
