Fix SubgraphStrategy JavaScript and Python example syntax
Correct the JavaScript and Python SubgraphStrategy snippets in the reference
docs so each is valid in its target language. The JavaScript example now
uses
the options-object constructor and the Python example uses the snake_case
keyword argument form without the 'new' keyword.
