I get `CUDA_ERROR_INVALID_PTX` even with my `torchscript-to-tvm` repo if I use the latest TVM. Previously I was using TVM with commit https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/pull/4793. So I suspect between #4793 and #4827 something happened on cuda codegen or runtime. maybe it's worth bisecting.
