This PR adds support for the pad operation in Relax with handling for all common padding modes (constant, reflect, replicate, and circular). By adding this support, the following models are now able to run successfully: 1. facebook/mask2former-swin-tiny-coco-instance (Image Segmentation) 2. briaai/RMBG-2.0 (Background Removal) 3.
