`_rename_exported_func_names` has been introduced to prefix FFI-exported 
function names in JIT-generated source files, ensuring better organization and 
avoiding potential conflicts.

and ragged prefill functions now support explicit `qk_head_dim_override` and 
`v_head_dim_override` parameters, allowing for more flexible head dimension
