   I do Not think "we" are confused. Coming up with something new every couple 
of years actually should be happening for open source projects. API stability 
is another dimensions of evolution and progression that we could manage via 
versioning and release management.
   
   I would not recommend to compare Apache TVM, or ASF, with other OSS projects 
and ecosystem. They are different and we will never try to operate and follow 
other communities on how to operate.
