Updated the PR with the following:
- Refactored `SqlToRddOperator` to use Spark's distributed
`DataFrameReader.jdbc` and added validation for partition parameters.
- Aligned all Spark modules to `${spark.version}` (3.5.7) and
`antlr4-runtime` to 4.9.3 to resolve the Catalyst ANTLR deserialization
conflict.
- Rebased and consolidated all changes into a single clean commit.
