[doc] remove documents from incubator-weex
The website and documents of Weex have been moved to
[incubator-weex-site](https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex-site) repo. The
`doc` folder here could be removed.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/Hanks10100/incubator-weex doc-remove
