getApplicationSettings().setAccessDeniedPage(AccessDeniedPage.class);
getApplicationSettings().setInternalErrorPage(InternalErrorPage.class);

// show internal error page rather than default developer page
getExceptionSettings().setUnexpectedExceptionDisplay(IExceptionSettings.SHOW_INTERNAL_ERROR_PAGE);
