According to
https://github.com/apache/isis/blob/master/component/viewer/wicket/impl/src/main/java/org/apache/isis/viewer/wicket/viewer/IsisWicketApplication.java#L186
it is not possible to set custom impl of IResourceSettings in App#init().
We need to investigate.
