At the moment there is org.apache.wicket.util.tester.TagTester#getChild(String
attrName, String attrValue) method that returns the a TagTester for the first
child with this attribute name/value pair.
Having #getChild(String tagName) will allow to create a TagTester for child tag
without attributes.
