Backport of #1689 to `wicket-10.x`, for GitHub issue #1688. - ed2121fe4b, cherry-picked cleanly from #1689: `ServletRequestCopy` and `JavaxUpgradeHttpRequest` look header names up case-insensitively, return the same values on every read, and return an empty enumeration rather than `null` for an absent header. A WebSocket connection whose `Origin` header arrives in lowercase (HTTP/2, many proxies) is no longer rejected by `WebSocketConnectionOriginFilter`, and `WebRequest#getHeaders` on a WebSocket request no longer throws a `NullPointerException` for an absent header. #1689 has the details. Only private fields change: japicmp has nothing to report against 10.0.0, and applications have nothing to migrate. Verified on this branch: - `ServletRequestCopyTest` and `JavaxUpgradeHttpRequestTest`, 10 tests, pass. - `mvn clean verify -Pjs-test` is green on JDK 17, japicmp included. This goes in after #1689.
