Every CI run on `wicket-9.x` currently fails before Maven starts. `ubuntu-latest` moved to Ubuntu 26.04, which no longer has `libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0`, so the package step stops with "has no installation candidate". #1703 fails this way, as will any other PR against this branch; the last green run was the push of 16 September. - `runs-on` is pinned to `ubuntu-24.04`, as on master and `wicket-10.x`. - The package step is master's (since 615af3ee95): `apt-get update`, then only headless Chrome's libraries and fonts, with `--no-install-recommends`. `chromium-browser` is gone: it installs Chromium as a snap, which Puppeteer never uses because it downloads its own browser. - Java 11 comes from `actions/setup-java` (Temurin), as on the other branches, instead of `openjdk-11-jdk` from apt with `JAVA_HOME` set by hand. `.github/workflows/maven.yml` is the only file changed. This branch's Puppeteer is 19.7.5, older than master's. Its Chromium (HeadlessChrome 111) starts and renders a page in an `ubuntu:24.04` container with only these libraries installed.
