Hey guys, When filing HADOOP-7372 (CHANGES.txt claims there's a 0.20.3 release) I noticed there are fix versions for 0.20.3 and 0.20.4 on jira. If we don't intend to release 0.20.3 (Owen, you're the RM for branch-0.20 right?) then we should remove these fix versions from jira as they're confusing to users, and should update the releases page (http://hadoop.apache.org/common/releases.html) to indicate there won't be a 20.3 or 20.4 release.
