MR over viewfs is broken

After the changes in HADOOP-8014 went in, MR programs using viewfs broke. This
is because, viewfs now expects getDefaultBlockSize, getDefaultReplication, and
getServerDefaults to pass in a {{path}} as an argument. In the existing MR
source, these are called with no arguments.
