Following are few observations while going through the {{erasurecode}} classes.
\\

- Use {{org.slf4j.Logger}} instead of {{org.apache.commons.logging.Log}}
- {{RSErasureDecoder}}, {{RSErasureEncoder}}, {{RSUtil}} missing Apache License 
header.
