Summary: WASB test runs leak storage containers.

It appears that WASB test runs dynamically allocate a container within the
storage account, using a naming convention of "wasbtests-<user>-<timestamp>".
These containers are not cleaned up automatically, so they remain in the
storage account indefinitely.
