The index.md for adl file system is missing one of the config entries needed
for setting up OAuth with client credentials. Users need to set the key
dfs.adls.oauth2.access.token.provider.type = ClientCredential, but the
instructions do not say that.
This has led to people not being able to connect to the backend after setting
up a cluster with ADL.
