Azure KeyVault is a secure key management tool that keys, secrets , etc could
securely store in it. Also azure KeyVault is a secure place to store storage
account access key.
By providing a new KeyProvider, it's possible to easily fetch access key from
KeyVault and this would helps a lot of developer especially in the local
environment
