macOS Tahoe includes a native container daemon and runtime and it is supposed
to be near feature-compatible with docker. In principle, it should be possible
to run the container build using the container command line on macOS Tahoe.
It would be great if we can add this functionality to the build script so folks
can build on macOS natively without creating another VM.
