Update: all good

RC promoted, maven artifacts updated and site rebuilt. For the site I
removed links to the -lean artifacts as they are all lean now and so having
a separate link made no sense. I know it means there's some oddness where
some versions do have lean.tar.gz which are unlinked, but removal of the
entries was the code change most likely to work.

Updated the hadoop-release-support project and docs as appropriate.

Lot of thanks to everyone who helped getting this out the door. I've also
upgraded my raspberry pi from a microSD card to NVMe for the next time it
is is needed.

Now, let's see how long it takes to get into projects .... the java21
support should be a motivator.
