Yetus updates fill up our PRs and Jira issues with a lot of text that makes it
harder to follow conversations.
We should find a way to fix this. Some initial ideas:
- Convert yetus PR updates to Github Checks API calls. I think this could
eliminate the problem entirely?
- Change yetus updates to be much more concise (compact formatting, skipping or
summarizing individual success updates)
