This is an attempt to make the build *repeatable*, such that anyone doing a build of the same commit with the repeatable profile will, on the same CPU family, (and so same docker image), get the exact same artifacts. This is to be able to release through/with/adjacent to Apache Trusted Releases, ( https://releases.apache.org/tutorial), and adopt the Reproducible Builds concept as much as possible ( https://reproducible-builds.org/ ), The artifacts won't be 100% byte for byte equivalent as site docs include timestamps and extract jar info, but the binary tarballs should be same whoever builds them. My goal here is to be able to automate a lot of the release process so as to enable a fast release cadence thanks Steve
