Hi Hemanth. Since this issue is resolved, I opened a new JIRA to continue the
conversation about measuring its memory usage: HADOOP-6488 . (I think it's best
practice not to have too much discussion in a resolved ticket as it's harder
for people to keep track of. Let me know if you disagree)
