1. Removed unchanged file hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/bin/hdfs
2. Marked configuration function as VisibleForTesting as they are opened
for testing purpose only.
3. Removed overridden API which is just invoking super method.
4. Reduced to OkHttp dependency from OkHttp3 to match Hadoop build
expectation.
