bq.Looks like the reported findbug issue needs to be addressed.
This is the issue in Kerby, when stop the kdcserver, it did not wait until the
network pool has terminated. If without the code "Thread.sleep()" in stop()
function, will fail to restart MiniKdc. And I've fixed it in DIRKRB-552.
