Thanks [~ozawa] and [~vinayrpet] for the comments and Vinay for the updated
patch!
The latest patch looks good to me, except for two little things:
1. The builder could be NULL here

synchronized(this) {
List<MetricsRecordImpl> lastRecs = builder.getRecords();
{code}
The call need to be conditioned by {{getAllMetrics}}.
2. The revision name should be 006 to avoid confusion.
