Hi [~jlowe],
Thanks for your detailed thoughts. The major reason why we need another JIRA is
we need it in MapReduce side to trigger the MR side tests. As you could see
here, the Jenkins building results look pretty clean and no relevant test
failures were found. My other humble consideration is when a simple fix does
the work, we could do it for easy understanding of the editing history of
related codes.
