The title of the jira includes the text "various hadoop UI" and the summary
even says "We should consider removing them from the visible UI." The output
of 'hadoop version' should be considered both UI and API.
Also, IIRC, the same function is used by the all of the UIs to generate that
output. So there needs to be a great degree of care taken here so that we don't
screw up the hadoop version output.
